<image:caption>Why I Specialize in Scoliosis As both a physiotherapist and someone who has personally experienced scoliosis, I understand how challenging it can be to navigate posture, exercise, pain, body awareness, and long-term management. My own experience with scoliosis — including bracing, surgery, and rehabilitation — helped shape my passion for helping others stay active and move confidently with scoliosis. I have pursued extensive postgraduate training in physiotherapeutic scoliosis-specific exercise (PSSE), including BSPTS/Schroth and SEAS approaches, and continue to stay actively involved in the international scoliosis rehabilitation community through ongoing education, conferences, and SOSORT membership.</image:caption>

<image:caption>Treatment is tailored to each individual’s scoliosis presentation and includes physiotherapeutic scoliosis-specific exercise (PSSE), movement-based rehabilitation, and motor control strategies designed to improve posture, muscle balance, movement awareness, and overall function. My focus is on helping individuals move more confidently and comfortably in daily life, exercise, sport, and physical activity while developing strategies to better manage scoliosis long term</image:caption>
